Anna Weinstein, Principal
Anna is a seasoned conservation biologist with numerous policy and community science achievements in California and the west coast. Anna has also worked to support local fishing communities and sustainable, local wild seafood production. Prior to 2008, Anna was an environmental scientist at the San Francisco Estuary Institute (SFEI). Starting in 2008 she was the director of marine conservation at Audubon California, and subsequently National Audubon Society. In these roles she developed and completed successful conservation campaigns and community science programs, and represented the organization at hearings, legislative offices,
blogging and in the media. Anna earned a B.A. in Biology from Oberlin College, and an M.S. in Marine Ecology from Boston University. She lives in Albany, California with her husband and kids.
